Print header rows at the top of every page in Excel 2011 for Mac. Click the “File” tab. On the backstage screen, click “Options” in the list of items on the left. On the “Excel Options” dialog box, click “Advanced” in the list of items on the left. Scroll down to the “Display options for this worksheet” section. If you activated the worksheet for which you want to hide the headers, it’s displayed in the drop-down list on the section heading bar. I want to apply conditional formatting so when a cell in column D includes a word 'student' the full row which includes the cell gets a color format (blue color for the text white/empty filling for the cell). I have tried INDIRECT and some other formulas but I don't get it right. Only the cell that includes the word gets the formatting, not the whole row (that is, the rest of the cells on the same row where the pattern matches). Sure, it’s easy enough to turn off the “Two-Sided” option in the print dialog each time you print, but it’s also easy to forget. The good news is that you can change the default setting. I did not change any settings. Both QBKS and my Printer are set to 1 sided printing. Yet all reports, checks, etc., keep printing double sided. This is VERY FRUSTRATING!
